Housesitting at Caitlin's

My three dear charges were two birds and a cat. I swear, the birds checked me out for a day before they decided I was OK, and then they recommenced singing and chirping and talking and swooping. Thunder, the cat, was immediately agreeable as she made the connection between the spoon and the catfood. But Thunder too is a very friendly and talkative cat, and one who asks for a lot of petting.
